🌍 Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship to most select international destinations! 🚚

  • Delivery Time: International orders may take up to 30 days to clear customs and arrive.
  • If your package shows as "Arrived in Destination Country" but is not delivered, please check with your local post office. Unfortunately, we cannot assist further once the package leaves Australia.
  • Custom Fees: Any duties, taxes, or customs fees are the customer’s responsibility as per your country’s regulations.

💰 What Is the Cost of Shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on:

  • Weight of the items
  • Destination location

You’ll see the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

🚚 After My Items Ship, When Will I Receive Them?

We ship via Australia Post and offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-4 business days
  • International Orders: Up to 30 days (customs delays may apply)

🔹 Holiday Delays: During peak holiday seasons, slight postal delays may occur. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

📦 My Package Says “Delivered,” But I Didn’t Receive It.

If your package shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived:

  1. Check with your neighbors or your local post office.
  2. Sometimes packages marked “delivered” arrive 1-2 days later.
